Every website where a drop down combo box is supposed to be drawn, has an empty
space where the drop down box should be. The choices that should be listed in
the drop down, follow the space where the drop down box should be, but as one
long string.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any website with a drop down combo box

Actual Results:  
The page was rendered properly except for the combo box.

Expected Results:  
It should have rendered a drop down combo box, with one line for each item.

Do you have "XBL form controls" enabled in the "Debug" panel in preferences?

No response from reporter in a year, and the symptoms are those of having XBL
form controls enabled.
