201297 - Mozilla 1.4 Alpha did not launch after updating from Mozilla 1.2

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; T312461)
Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.4 Alpha

Attempted several time to open Mozilla 1.4 Alpha after runing the installer and 
restarting and nothing. After a restart several more attempts were made. I did 
manage to get a tan startup window that didn't go away until I preformed the 
three finger salute and killed it. It was not responding...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click on icon
2.nothing happens
3.repeate

Actual Results:  
Mozilla 1.4 Alpha did not sucessfuly open, Mozilla 1.4 Alpha (not responding)

Expected Results:  
What do you really want me to add here?

Andrew, did you completely uninstall Mozilla 1.2 before installing 1.4a, like
the release notes say?

The reporter sent me the following email:

"Problem was resolve when 1.2 was uninstalled and 1.4a was installed. I
apologize for the delay. Please close this "bug" or error caused by my failing
to follow the release notes."
