On certain (but correct) Mail&News Server settings and Junk control junk mails
get doubled in account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Mail&News Server settings "When I delete a message" to Mark as deleted
2. Enable "Move incoming mail marked as junk to ..."
3. Set Tools -> Junk Mail Control to move incoming messages to "Junk Folder"
4. Wait for Junk mail


Actual Results:  
Incoming junk mail is marked as deleted in Incoming foledr and appers in Junk
folder. So gets doubled and consume account space.

Expected Results:  
There should be option to tell Junk Control to make "real delete" resp. "real
move". Other way to fix this is move option "Delete" out of "Move incoming ..."
checkbox.
