201532 - Bill Payment at my NetBank does not work. Also, can't list on ebay

I cannot use Mozilla 1.4 to make transactions on NetBank and also cannot go to
completion on ebay listing transactions using Mozilla 1.4.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
you come to a point where clicking to the next step in making a bill payment
just does not work.  May be something to do with a secure transaction.  With
ebay,  you will in the steps to sell but when you browse to a local picture to
add to the ebay listing,  you can browse to it but when you go to SAVE,  the
photo is never uploaded to ebay and you are stuck there.

Expected Results:  
should have worked.

Have you tried a newer (latest) win version? There was a "bug" for cookies that
got fixed a few days back. Also, check your cookie sites to see if your URL
and/or IP doesn't have "site cannot set cookies". If it does, remove the site
from the list and start over.

I am using ver 1.4a which is the latest "alpha release".  I have tried the
"nightly builds" a few times but the grief was not worth it.  

Cookies are turned ON (accept all cookies) and ebay is not in the cookie list
but is and is allowed to store cookies.

it works fine in Mozilla 1.3, so it appears to be a regression.  Also, affects
all other browsers pulled from recent source tree (Camino & Phoenix).  I built
the phoenix yesterday off of CVS.

Have tested on HP-UX (pa-risc), Mac OS X 10.2.4 (ppc) and Linux (pentium3) so it
appears to affect all OS's and platforms.

Don't feel to bad.  This change they made to the bank site also breaks it on IE
5.2 on the Mac.   IE for windows, and mozilla 1.3 on Linux and Mac OS X appear
to work fine.  Paid my bills with the tarball of Mozilla 1.3 off www.mozilla.org
this morning.

Tried to get the page saved w/ the button on it, but it is dynamicly generated
and do not know how to save those.  i have the target page that we are trying to
get to (bill payment, but cleaned of numbers) if that is of use

Netbank made some small changes to there backend as a result of some complaints.
 It now works on the Phoenix CVS pull it failed with earlier.  So maybe they
found something that was broken in their favor in the 1.3 BRANCH earlier, but it
works fine now w/ Mozilla 1.4a, Camino nightly, and phoenix nightly that i have
tested.

Joe and Alexander, are you still having problems using ebay and NetBank in
recent Mozilla builds? It sounds as if, from Alex's last post, the problems have
mostly gone away. Have you had any luck? Thanks for any additional information
on this.

The problem I was having with NetBank and Mozilla has been corrected. I am not
sure if NetBank fixed it or Mozilla did,  but as of 1.5 earliest version I have
had no problems.
