(Not sure if this is correct product & component, feel free to change :-)
Mouse Gestures no longer needs a separate Phoenix release, and the newer
versions have vast improvements compared to the one linked on this page.
Additionally, the page says "Supported Extensions for Phoenix 0.2"(!), although
the URL doesn't imply it's release specific.
I don't know whether the page is still linked from the Mozilla site, but links
to it are spread all over the web. I'd suggest that either ...
a) ... the MozGest link is changed to
http://optimoz.mozdev.org/gestures/redirect/current-release/ which always points
to the latest release
b) ... the extensions list is closed completely, leaving only a notice and a
link to (for example) http://texturizer.net/phoenix/extensions.html
I'd rather say b), cause the other extensions are likely to have newer versions,
as well. In both cases, the file
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/phoenix/extensions/mozgest.xpi could be removed
from the server.

Changing QA contact to Asa.
I'm not sure Hyatt is the best owner for this, but Asa should have a better idea.

It doesn't neccessarily have to be updated, replacing the page with a link or
redirect to David Tenser's "Mozilla Firebird Help" at
http://texturizer.net/firebird/extensions.html would be enough. I don't
understand what "trouble" you are referring to.
