If you put the mouse over a textbox or link, the mouse, appropriately, changes
to an I-beam or a hand for pointing. If that element is adjacent to the window
edge, then moving the mouse over that element and out of the window does not
cause the pointer to change back to an arrow.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mouse over a textbox or link that touches the edge of the window.
2. Move the mouse over the textbox or link and out of the window.
Actual Results:
The cursor remains an I-beam or pointy hand.
Expected Results:
The cursor should change back to the arrow.
Confirmed using Camino/2003-04-08-05-trunk and FizzillaMach/2003-04-11-08-trunk.
Revising sumamry and reassiging to Browser, XP Toolkit/Widgets.

This is more serious when a plugin hides the cursor, and it's at the edge of the
window.
