Looking at the BugZilla comment header: -- snip -- Additional Comment #11 From Christopher Seawood 2003-04-11 13:39 -- snip -- The time stamp ("13:39") does not include a timezone identifier ("PDT" for bugzilla.mozilla.org ?!), making it hard to guess _when_ the comment was made when the reading person does not know in which timezone the server resides. bugzilla can do this now, although not on the version currently running on bmo, I think. ->m.o for the next upgrade Note that current support just means putting a string at the end of all the times, so its not very useful. Its also actully local time, rather than standard vs daylight savings time. Given that, I don't know if its useful to enable - I'd say no for the time being. Also see bug 182238
