We need to make the camino build play nice in objdirs, because then you can share the same tree for Mozilla and Camino. I fixed a bunch of project issues yesterday. We have a camino.mk (bug 195953) -- not sure how this will fit in. We need a Makefile.in in mozilla/camino; patches coming.

All we need now is a way to automatically generate the Makefile from this Makefile.in.

You need to add this makefile to allmakefiles.sh and it will be generated. This
needs to happen conditionally in allmakefiles.sh because this makefile will not
nescesarily be present. I talked about this with bryner and we decided the easy
way to do this is to export an env var from camino.mk which would be tested in
allmakefiles.sh.

This requires a small tweak to client.mk as well.
