These use a Redux Provider wrapper but have moderate test complexity.

Migrate the following tests:

• Card.test.jsx
• CollapsibleSection.test.jsx
• ContextMenu.test.jsx
• ConfirmDialog.test.jsx
• LinkMenu.test.jsx
• MessageWrapper.test.jsx
• DiscoveryStreamAdmin.test.jsx
• DiscoveryStreamBase.test.jsx
• Weather.test.jsx
• Search.test.jsx
• ActivationWindowMessage.test.jsx

Migrate the following component tests from Enzyme to React Testing Library:

• ActivationWindowMessage
• Card
• CollapsibleSection
• ConfirmDialog
• ContextMenu
• DiscoveryStreamAdmin
• DiscoveryStreamBase
• LinkMenu
• MessageWrapper
• Search
• Weather

Also add matchMedia and performance.mark mocks to jest-setup.js to
support TopSites and ComponentPerfTimer rendering in tests.
