Going to http://www.izvestia.ru/forum/topic.cgi?forum=24&topic=23&start=670
we see picture (pictures in MSIE and Mozilla 1.3, in this Mozilla the same)
of the messed up page.
The same for WN SP6a and W2000 SP3.
I have clean new Mozilla install.
This bug may or not relate to the Bug 144595.

There is a cell near the bottom of the page that contains the numbers 1-50. 
This cell contains nowrap, so mozilla dosn't automatically wrap where it
normally would  causing a row that is more than twice the width that the author
intended.
As seen on LInux 2003041008
I copied and posted this page into Mozilla's Composer, eliminated nowrap but
still the the same problem.
