When visiting a local file (a file on my computer) history in Camino doesn't
give the folder in which the url is placed a Name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a webpage located on you rcomputer, dragging a .html file on Camino
will do.
2. Look at the History in the Bookmars manger.

Actual Results:
The url of the local file is placed in a blank titled folder.

Expected Results:
There are several ways it could be done. On thing is for sure, the folder needs
a name. The best I can think of is naming the folder after the Computers name.
another name wouldbe "localHost" or something like that.
Confirmed using Camino/2003-04-12-05-trunk.
