Looks like this bug can be closed. In Mozilla 1.4, as far as I can tell, the page works identically as it does in Internet Explorer 6.0. Plus, the menu items listed in the initial write-up no longer appear on the site. Maybe it was redesigned? Who knows, but there definitely isn't any difference between Mozilla and IE.
Seeing the same as comment #1, the site renders the same in Mozilla and IE. Looks like a site redesign and this bug can be closed.
