201943 - Can not add Bookmark in File Bookmark

The windows of File Bookmark showed uncompleted tree items. The windows frame of
file bookmark can not be adjusted to expand. The windows showed half of
bookmarks/folders. The guide moved down showed blanked items. The 1.3a mozilla
have full perfect function on file bookmark.  The 1.4a lost the function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click bookmark
2.click file bookmaager
3. move slide down. The windows shows blank. You must expand windows frame to
half of your console screen.  The slide down did not show full list if bookmark.
You can not add to last folder of bookmarks.

Actual Results:  
The list of bookmarks folders went blank and can not be shown.

Expected Results:  
Go back 1.3a file bookmark. all are perfect. The 1.4 changed and do not work.

However - this is a dupe of either bug 199520 or bug 199531 (depending on
whether removing localstore.rdf fixes the problem).

Found that spell check was causing it. spellchk.dll and myspell.dll.

I set off on check spelling. It solved.  On 1.3a the spellcheck was not work. On
1.4 the crash with the same check box on spelling check.  

I wish for a good spelling check some time.
