Found spellchk.dll and myspell.dll causing it. Set to check off from check
spelling on preferences. It solved.
On mozilla 1.3a the spelling checking was on. I updated to 1.4a beta. The send
/reply went crashed.
I set speling checking off. It worked.
I wish i could have spelling check now.

I could not find spellchk.dll and myspell.dll or any download for spellcheck for
Moz 1.5.0. The spellcheck automatically turned off itself on 1.4.0 with no
icon on composed mail windows.
I am tired of that spellcheck system.

Spell check is native in the nightly builds.
See Options | Check Spelling in the menu.
If you're not crashing, then I'm going to mark this as worksforme, since it does
with build 2003-09-03-04 on Windows 2000.

In the Compose window...
And I think you mean 'Preferences'.

There is no spellcheck on compose options windows. What do I do?

I don't know, since you said you've removed the Spellcheck dynamic linked
libaries. Drop those back in and it _may_ work.
