Sending over to tech evangelism

Whats going on here is that this page is using a bunch of MS Frontpage inspired
conditional comments [prcessing instrunctions] that are intended to block the
content that you see running all over the place if the instruction isn't
followed. This wouldn't be so bad if the page didn't have normal comments in the
middle of the conditional comment blocks.

2 solutions, as i see... remove the comments from inside the conditional
comments so the MS specific junk is properly hidden or rewite the page so some
of the content doesn't rely on the MS FontPage VML stuff that is supposed to be
hidden.

Example - The conditional comments appear to want to hide this entire chunk of code:

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
