The main blockers were link support (bug 2003413), jpeg compression (bug
2001912), and font subsetting (bug 2018633).

All of those are fixed except the jpeg compression stuff which has
patches up for review. In any case, that jpeg stuff is only relevant if
you use the non-default settings (both Skpdf and Chromium default to
lossless).

So this seems good to get some nightly testing.

Maybe hold off on enabling until we've fixed bug 2020020? Right now it looks like our generated PDFs are missing the actual text (it's visually there but can't be copypasted), which is a pretty big usability issue.
