User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.14; Mac_PowerPC) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 from trunk sources pulled 030414 Script build/unix/run-mozilla.sh fails to locate a debugger on OSF1 because the 'type' command in 'sh' appends a period (.) to the filename string. Stripping off the period yields the correct filename. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. try to debug mozilla: ./mozilla -g -d ladebug 2. get error 'Could not find a debugger on your system.' 3. sadness. Actual Results: % cd dist/bin % ./mozilla -g -d laebug Could not find a debugger on your system. Expected Results: Should start correct debugger (/usr/bin/ladebug) in this case. Problem is on Tru64 unix (both v4.x and v5.x). Shell 'sh' command 'type' appends a period to its response.
