Using 4/14 commercial trunk on Win2k
To replicate:
Create a table with 2 columns.
Type in the first column and when I hit Tab nothing happens.
This is not an LI, just text in a cell.

Changed summary to reflect that Tab seems broken altogether.
I can't tab to add a new table row either.
