This would allow multiple XUL apps that use the java plugin to work nicely together without dependency issues, effectively allowing their required java parameters to be self-contained. This wish differs from bug 41961 in that it would not require the JRE to dynamically change the classpath after it has been invoked, and also involves other parameters besides the classpath.
