20235 - AB Formatting checkbox not remembered

The preference for "receive plain text only" is not remembered when card is
saved.

To reproduce:
1. Open an addres book card
2. Check "Send email as plain text only"
3. Click OK
4. Click edit again

Observed outcome: The send as plain text checkbox is deselected

Expected outcome: It should still be selected

Just tried this for the first time after checking in a bunch of fixes to the mail
pref panels.  It is working for me now.

This is still happening to me with today's build.  (I'm talking about the
addressing preference in address book cards, not the users mail preference.)

Changing Summary to descibe the bug a little closer to the issue, this was not a
preferences bug.  Marking M13.

Using build 2000012109m13 on win98, 2000012108m13 on linux, 2000012108m13 on 
mac the check box for "Send email as plain text (no html)" hold when changed, 
both within a session and after exiting and re-launching mozilla.  However, it 
doesn't work.  Since this bug was for the check box remembering it's state, I 
will verify this and log a new one for it not working.  Opps! it's as I write 
this it was verfied.  Logging the new bug!

OK, no new bug to log.  There are several duplicates for Intelligent 
send not working...22141, 20233, 17273, 17215.
