I wanted to import an .ics file with 366 entries. Unfortunately I selected the
option to show every entry before import. After 20 or so entries I wanted to
cancel the import and switch to unattended mode, but this could only be achieved
by killing the whole mozilla task.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. import a large .ics file with many calendar entries
2. select option "show entries before import"
3. after 20 or so entries try to stop the import - impossible!

Actual Results:  
was unable to stop importing and had to kill the whole mozilla task in winXP

Expected Results:  
provide a feature to cancel import and optionally revert at any time

Reasonable and this might fix an annoying appearance of a hang when many entries
are imporated.

What I suggest is import progress bar so we can see how much is left and cancel the process.
