Korean email spam is forwarded to IS account. Option given to download K font. 
problem: Cancel button won't accept mouse click.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. email with Korean characters selected, 
2. Forward button selected
3. 

Actual Results:  
Message: To display language characters correctly, you need to install the
following components. 
Korean Text Display
Download size: 2.074MB 
2 buttons: (Downlad Font) ( Cancel )
Mouse click on Cancel not accepted. won't freeze, but I don't try the download
button. Have to cloze with X box in title bar. 

Expected Results:  
close the message window, let me proceed to forward the email as addressed. 

I have full headers on to let the IT person track the spam source. I have
grahics turned off for viewing email (but not for the browser).
