-ProfileManger doesn't start the profile manager. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start -> Programs -> Mozilla -> Profile manager
2. click
3.

Actual Results:  
brower opens

Expected Results:  
profile manger should open

I recently upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.3. I didn't want to do it, THIS is exactly
the reason why!!!!!!!!!!!! Also my spell checker no longer works, but I have
entered another bugzilla on that.

You need a new version of the spellchecker... (see http://spellchecker.mozdev.org)

Are you sure that you closed Mozilla (including quicklaunch) before you tried to
open the Profilemanager ?

I thought I had closed everything but you are right! When I closed
everything the profile manager came up as advertised. Thanks. Also I
will download that spell checker when I get a chance.
