The CCK wizard currently doesn't allow us to "bleed" the border bitmaps to the
top and left edges of the wizard screens. Now that we have new bitmaps, we want
to set the border bitmaps 0,0 coordinates to coincide with the top left corner
of each wizard screen. I've given you one of the new border bitmaps (from Gemma)
so you can use it for testing.

As we discussed, perhaps there's a global wizard property that is set to
"indent" all ini file content. Can you please investigate? Thanks.
Clarification: instead of "border" bitmaps I really meant "banner"
bitmaps. Thanks.

Gayatri thinks that the indent is an inherent property of property sheets which
we cannot change.

I've added two attachments to this bug to facilitate investigation of a fix. THe
first is an illustration of the effect we want to achieve with the banners. The
second attachment is a sample banner bitmap for testing purposes.

Marking as wontfix - because the margins are a property of the windows
propertysheets and we cant override them without considerable work being done on
it.
