Trunk build 2003-04-16: WinXP, Mac 10.1.5

Overview: Create a Mail View for "Attachment Status" "Doesn't Contain" "Has
Attachments" then it Fails (yet the criteria "Isn't" works).

Steps to reproduce: 
1. In the Views drop down select Customize
2. Select New to open the Customize Message Views dialog
3. Select the New button
4. Enter the following criteria and close the dialog
"Attachment Status" "Doesn't Contain" "Has Attachments"
5. Select a folder with messages with attachments and no attachments

Actual Results: Only messages with attachments appear.
Interesting that "Attachment Status" "Is" "Has Attachments" works as expected
and " Attachment Status" "Isn't" "Has Attacments" also works as expected.

Expected Results: Only messages without attachments should appear.
