202646 - Address bar dropdown does not close/retract

When clicking the drop-down arrow at the right of the address bar, the address
bar list drops down as it should.  However, when clicking on the arrow a second
time, the address bar does not close/retract as it should.  It is necessary to
click outside the address bar area in order to get it to close

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on address bar drop down arrow to open address list
2. Click on address bar drop down arrow again to close
3. The address list does not close even after multiple clicks on the arrow

Actual Results:  
As described above, the address list does not close when clicking no the drop
down arrow.

Expected Results:  
Address list should both open and close when clicking on the drop down arrow.

This is a usability issue, since the current behaviour is not typical for
Windows and Unix GUIs. This happens also in Mozilla.

This behavior seems to have reappeared in build 20030530 under WinXP Pro.

Yeap - but now it seems to be caused by a SeaMonkey bug since I see this also
using Seamonkey 2003-06-01

This bug is probably a dupe of bug #192577.

According to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=192577#c41 the fix for
it has been backed out => marking dependent.
