I like CTRL better than CONTROL because CTRL is more common in the computers I
seen. You have it in menu bar so changing it from CONTROL to CTRL would be more
consistent. I got confused when I saw CONTROL and forgot what it was.

This is in XP apps because of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202587#c7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Advanced>Mousewheel
2. Go to drop down list
3.

Actual Results:  
See CONTROL and got confused because I forgot what CONTROL was

Expected Results:  
Use CTRL to be consistent with menu bar and most keyboards

I dunno, if you're computer-literate enough to play with the advanced Mozilla
preferences, you should be able to know which key is Control.

I forgot what CONTROL was until I went to Navigator>TabbedBrowsing

It said CONTROL+ENTER and then I figured the only other alternative was CTRL+ENTER

Now that I've found out about platformDialogOverlay it should probably be used
for some of the other preferences e.g. tabbed browsing to make it easier to
switch descriptions for the Mac.

My previous comment wasn't about the patch but about the file being patched.

Go ahead and check in as-is, but if someone doesn't mind taking all the blame, let's de-tab-ify this (in a separate check-in).
