Oops. Using build #1999112908 on Win NT.

Resolution: --- → WONTFIX
The page is invalid. It seems to be using the trick of having an invalid GIF image that they use as a spacer. The problem is we implement the HTML4 spec and so if an image can't be rendered we display its alternate content instead. That's why you see "Spacer" displayed twice (that I can see anyway). That in turn throws off the table and hence it looks funny.
