Bookmarks button is always slow on response the first time it is uaed. The is
true for each additional browser window that is opened. This also happens when
using  the Bookmarks menu and using Atl+B.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Bookmarks with the mouse.
2.Click Bookmarks menu with the mouse.
3.Use Alt+B

Actual Results:  
After the fist use each way works fine.


This also happends in Netscape 7.0

win98 OS [i can't change original which reports this as a prob with win XP]

When I click 'bookmark' from either menu or bookmark toolbars, the bookmark is
VERY slow to open

If I use ctrl-b instead, the bookmark window opens promptly.

never happened with netscape 4.8, just with mozilla
