please refer this bug to bug#6651:
Right now, the warning message displayed as following:
Actual Results:
"Could not log into the mail server.
The mail server responded:
Your mail account is locked by another mail session
...please wait a few (up to 10) minutes and try again.
Please enter a new password for user..."
Expected Results: It doesn't make sense that need to enter a new password after
this warning message displayed.
Should remove the last line "Please enter a new password for user...".

MailNews does show server specific error strings now and although I had the
"could not log into mail server" string recently, I was not prompted for my
password. I propose to close this bug as fixed.
