Win build: 1999-11-29-09 M12
Linux Build 1999-11-29-08 M12

Steps to Reproduce:

1)Backup and/or delete the mozregistry file, and the Users50 folder if
either exists.
2)Launch Seamonkey.
3)When Profile Manager (Create a Profile) comes up, click on the Next button.

Actual results: Apprunner displays :
"JavaScript Error: ReferenceError: onNext is not defined"

Expected result: You get a dialog where you can define the profile name in
Profile Manager.

This looks like another javascript change has broken us. Bhuvan won't be able
to look at this for a few days, can you find someone to examine the probable
javascript angle on this?
Depends on: 20109
I can confirm this error on Win98... I was going to try to switch over for
primary use (NOTE: try) but this mkaes it a little difficult. Being that
following the "upgrade instructions" causes this error, I think it's one that
should be fixed ASAP!

This seemed to be ok in todays Linux build 1999-11-30-08 M12. Will check Mac
build and Win also.
Todays mac build had the same problem this bug was logged for (Mac build
1999-11-30-08 M12). I could only login with a profile cretaed in another build.
Waiting for win build
i didn't have a previous build of Mozilla already on my system (NT), so another
side effect i saw with this bug is that the User50 dir was never created. found
this w/1999-11-29-09 m12.
