In builds after 4/15 22:15, positioning cursor to end of line fails, when
a newline (Return key on AIX) has been hit.

This is different from bug 185674 which deals with cursor controls. Cursor
controls appear to work. Only positioning to end of line fails.

Reproducible: Always

Confirmed that i'm seeing this too on Solaris and Linux. Please change
os/H/W fields to All/All.
