User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401 After installing the plugin which is asked for when loading http://go.icq.com/ and restarting my browser, I went there again to use it. This time the browser and mail crashes and I try going there again to see if it was a one-time error... It wasn't. Also when I try accessing http://mmn.dynu.com/chat (Java IRC chat client) it crashes the whole browser. '/usr/local/mozilla/plugins' contains the file 'libjavaplugin_oji.so' (which is actually '/usr/local/mozilla/plugins/java2/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so') Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://go.icq.com/ 2. Wait for the page to load and execute the javascript, and you have successfully crashed the browser :) Actual Results: Both mail and browser closed down without notice, and had to be restarted. Expected Results: Load the ICQ2Go java software and let me log in to ICQ :P Mozilla 1.4a libjavaplugin_oji.so Talkback enabled (still no popup) Other plugins: Shockwave Flash and FutureSplash Player ('libflashplayer.so')
Make sure you make a softlink to libjavaplugin.so in your plugins/ directory, don't copy the file itself. Reopen if you still crash after this step.
