202825 - 'save as' dialog box truncates buttons when using a long-titled helper application

trying to download a .ps file from the web site noted, Mozilla attempted to use
the default application "AutoCADPostScriptSupport", which forced the radio
button text area to use two lines.  This forced the rest of the dialog layout
down, causing the 'ok' and 'cancel' buttons to be half way obscured by the edge
of the dialog box.  I will post a screenshot to clarify, but this description is
reasonably clear, I think.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on the link to 'id3v2.eps'
2. see working (but slightly mangled) dialog box
3. profit!

Actual Results:  
the dialog box is mangled.

Expected Results:  
increase the size of the dialog box to enclose all the buttons properly.

I will attempt to post a .jpg attachment after posting this.

Caveats:
1) I DID try to find this bug reported elsewhere, but no dice...in any case,
apologies in advance if it's a dupe.
2) this may not be the perfect category, but it was the best I could find.

Please let me know what I can do to the summary of bug 189076 to make if findable?
