However, using CTRL+del to cut and CTRL+Insert to copy works fine for me as well as using CTRL+v to paste, but shift + insert doesn't work at all. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Put something into the clipboard by copying or cutting some text 2. Go to URL 3. Press shift+insert in the editor window Actual Results: nothing happens Expected Results: text should be pasted from clipboard

This is WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; es-ES; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051107 Firefox/1.5
Yes, but its still broken in the Mozilla Suite (user-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050910 SeaMonkey/1.0a) and in Seamonkey (user-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:126.96.36.199) Gecko/20070716 SeaMonkey/1.1.3 Still broken (or mine is a different bug) in SeaMonkey 1.1.3 in Windows XP. To reproduce, go to GMail, and compose a message using the Rich Text editor, then try to paste some copied text using SHIFT+INSERT. Nothing will happen. CTRL+V and other paste methods still work. Switch GMail edit window to plain text, and SHIFT+INSERT works fine. In IE 6, SHIFT+INSERT works fine in the GMail Rich Text editor.
