User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030411 Phoenix/0.5+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030411 Phoenix/0.5+ In the skins pages of http://www.divx.com, when "Download Now" is clicked, the "Save to disk" option is not displayed. Instead, the file is opened in the browser, in unreadable text. The file is of type *.dps, which is a Divx Player skin. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to page http://www.divx.com/skins/detail.php?id=91 as an example, or any skin on the page. 2. Click on the yellow "Download Now" link, which directs you to http://www.divx.com/skins/download.php?skin_id=91 3. The file to download, "http://download.divx.com/skinz/CompressionChamber.dps" opens a large unreadable text file, which should be a Dixv Player skin, Actual Results: A page with unreadable text is displayed. Expected Results: Prompted to save the file to disk.
The server is saying the file type is text/plain, so the browser is treating it that way. Not a browser bug. ->TE
