Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a; MultiZilla v1.4.0.4A) Gecko/20030401

The start page checks for the mozilla version and recommends an upgrade to 1.4a,
although the installed version already is 1.4a. Maybe the multizilla stuff in the
user agent string (see above) breaks the javascript check.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Mozilla 1.4alpha
2. install multizilla (1.4.0.4 nightly)
3. visit http://www.mozilla.org/start

Actual Results:
recommends upgrade to 1.4alpha.

Expected Results:
nothing

start page will nag you if your build is 7-day old (14 days for milestones).

Yes, but it shouldn't recommend an upgrade to 1.4beta if I already have 1.4beta.
It should recommend a nightly build instead.
