It's enough to click twice on the trangle that opens and closes the thread to multiply subjects. After that the tree doesn't close these aditional positions generated after the crash. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Sort news by thread 2. expand and collapse the thread 3. you have "extra" positions that were simply duplicated

Because reporter has given no answer over a long period and i can't observe this problem, i will mark it as WFM. Reporter if you can confirm this problem with current builds feel free to open this bug again.
