In the Bugzilla-Guide in section:
4.1.8. Setting Up the MySQL Database
Here is the GRANT command:
   mysql> GRANT SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE,INDEX,
   ALTER,CREATE,DROP,REFERENCES ON bugs.* TO bugs@localhost IDENTIFIED BY
   '<bugs_password>';
   mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
The bugs user also needs LOCK TABLE privileges.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install New MySQL 4
2.Install Bugzilla following directions
3. View new bugzilla directory

Actual Results:  
A server error occurs instead of the page being displayed.


Expected Results:  
Bugzilla default page should show up.
