The Ctrl-Return shortcut, which up until now Sent an email after I was done
composing it, does not work. Now when I hit ctrl-return, it simply adds a return
to the email I'm composing. (The menu bar still says ctrl-return is the
shortcut. Other ctrl-commands like ctrl-2 to bring up mail still works.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose email
2. Give address/subject and write body
3. Hit ctrl-return. Nothing happens

Actual Results:  
Nothing happened, mail was not sent. The ctrl-return acted just like a return
keystroke.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have sent the email, as it has in every version up until now.
