"Update.."  "Exchange.." "Calculate..." buttons no longer display correctly.
Their bottoms are missing and the text doesn't fix -- this displayed perfectly
in builds ~1116

I'm now using 112908

Whatever this problem is, it happens with or without tables. I have attached a
revised test. I notice that if I change the font-size to, say 10, it changes the
button size (not the font) to a more appropriate looking button. I'm changing
the component to 'HTML Form Controls'

Made the appropriate changes to html.css the font family and size are now
inherited. - fixed
Using 2/17 build, verifying fixed.
