Bookmarks that have just been added in the current session are lost if the
browser crashes during that session. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new bookmark
2. Visit a page that crashes the browser, like
http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/athlon64.html
3. Restart Mozilla

Actual Results:  
The new bookmark is gone.

Expected Results:  
The new bookmark should have been saved to disk whenit was added so it wouldn't
get lost in the event of a surprise browser crash.
