When I disable the "display attachments inline" option and print the e-mail I
cannot see that there was anything attached to the e-mail.

Example: I send huge JPGs by mail and want to print the message in order to file
it (yes, the good old paper based system) I either have to print all the
pictures or I don' t see that there was an attachment at all.

NS4 showed a small box with the filename an MIME type, this is what I want back.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Doesn't show any sign of an attachment when "display attachments inline" option
is disabled

Expected Results:
NS4 showed a small box with the filename an MIME type so should Mozilla do
dupe of bug # 134492...
