Setting the the mouse wheel behavior when using a modifer key in the advanced
prefrences tab has no effect. Only unmodified mouse wheel actions seem to work.
(The text size scrolling option is perfect for people with eyesight like mine
but I don't want to give up the normal mouse wheel scrolling functionality.
Being able to use the modifier key would give me the best of both worlds.)
BTW, why isn't the command (apple) key listed among the possible modifier keys?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set the preferences so the modified mouse wheel does something different than
the unmodified mouse wheel
2. Press a modifier key
3. Scroll the mouse
Actual Results:
If the modifier key is shift, nothing happens.
If the modifier key is contorl, option, or command the unmodified scroll wheel
behavior happens.
Expected Results:
The preferred modifed behavior should happen.
