 When ever Mozilla is closed & if i  choose to check my email on Hotmail via MSN
(Windows) Messenger then the browser says that the location
file:///D:/DOCUME~1/Owner/LOCALS~1/Temp/sfd5.htm does not exist 
But if one of the Mozilla window is opended then i can go to my Hotmail account 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close all Mozilla windows
2.Choose check email through MSN messenger
3.

Actual Results:  
You get a message saying file:///D:/DOCUME~1/Owner/LOCALS~1/Temp/sfd5.htm does
not exist

Expected Results:  
The browser should go to my Hotmail account

similar to 202936 maybe  I suspect many of these bugs are fixed in recent
Mozilla builds but I don't have this specific application to test.
