Please try again" whenever I try to compose a message. This happens on the work server (IMAP) or postoffice.pacbell.net (POP3). I'm running Mandrake 9.1. I can read email, get new email etc. It doesn't matter if I use the keyboard shortcut, the web link, or the compose button. It happens every time. Sorry, but I don't have more info; there is nothing in dmesg. If there's another log I should check, please let me know. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to compose a message 2. 3. Actual Results: I get an popup with the error message: "An error occurred while creating a message compose window. Please try again" Expected Results: Given me a compose window I'm running on a Sony VAIO Z505JS Notebook using a Neomagic card.
Duplcate of bug 162640
I just upgraded from Mandrake 9.1 to 9.2. It was working fine in 9.1, but now I get the error msg when replying or composing. Checked for updates.
Well, it's bugday! Tom and mwj3, can you guys still reproduce this on 1.5b+? Pierre seems to think this is a dupe of bug 162640, which I'd agree with, but the last comment by mwj3 is 2004, well after this should have been fixed (not sure what version of Mozilla comes with Mandrake 9.1/9.2).
Resolving INVALID, unclear if it is a duplicate and lack of response.
