Details

The latest builds seem to have a GDI leak of some sort. Steady surfing of
various sites over a half hour period cause my Windows system resources to drop
from 82% to 40% (or lower), but exiting Phoenix will make that jump right back
up. I *think* this is fairly new, but it may be that I'm only noticing now. It
doesn't seem to matter which sites I visit, so long as I visit a lot of
different ones (examples of sites are
http://www.dilbert.com/comics/dilbert/archive/,
http://www.comics.com/comics/luann/index.html,
http://www.ucomics.com/heartofthecity/viewhc.htm, www.news.com, etc.)

I'm seeing this with builds 20030423 and 20030424, Win98SE.

Possibly a dupe of bug 199443.
This is a dupe of bug 199443 because it is at a more basic level than the UI
(most FB/Moz differences are in the UI).
