Need something that can be viewed on the website for this...  not sure if it
should be a section in the Guide or a separate page on the website (we have
separate developer docs on the website so it might be a good place for it)

Jake is leaving for a while (Reserve unit got called up), and we don't have a
new docs owner yet.  Anyone interested in helping out, please add
[e-mail] to your watch list in your email preferences in Bugzilla.

Preliminarily moving all docs bugs to 2.18, we should make a valiant attempt to
have the docs as up-to-date as possible when 2.18 releases.

Erik recently rewrote all this, so he should be involved in the docs for it.

Bugzilla 2.20 is no longer supported. Retargetting to 2.22.

The full API is documented now with the new Bugzilla::Auth (since 3.0 or so).
