v5-1.4a nightly binary resizes browser window slowly (jerky) and uses up to 98% cpu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any web page preferably a busy one.
2.resize the browser window.
3.

Actual Results:  
jerky window action, freezes & delays. Other apps suffer as resources are snatched.

Expected Results:  
smooth like i.e.
I can confirm this bug to exist on the Firebird site
(http://texturizer.net/firebird/)  *IF* you "lock" the sidebar menu.

Please try a new nightly with a fresh profile.
Tried that. Still the same thoough.

IE follows OS resize pref (show window contents while dragging).
