The "Users to watch" field in the email prefs tab of userprefs.cgi doesn't support the super cool wildcard matching that we do for other user fields (cc/assigned to/etc., bug 162990); this was on bmo. It should. Severity *isn't* "enhancement" because it's an inconsistancy in the UI. Maybe not_erik would want this?
